Common Questions Answered

Q: How do I book with an artist?

A: Artists book all of their appointments directly, and each artist's preferred contact method is listed in their profile under the "ARTISTS" tab. If you are not sure who to book with, you may also contact us via our form under the "CONTACT" tab including your name, phone number, and design details.

Q: Can I bring a friend, relative, or child to my appointment?

A: If you are bringing someone with you to your appointment, we ask that you please inform your artist ahead of time so that we can be prepared for an additional guest. Children are not allowed in our studio during appointments. Tattoo shops can be dangerous as there are many hazards for children such as scissors, sharps containers, trash recepticles for medical waste, etc. We also want to provide a child-free environment for our clients who may be in various stages of undress during their session. Children may be present for consultations so long as they are supervised.

Q: How much does a tattoo cost?

A: All work is priced by the artist doing the work, and there is no standardized rate. To get a quote, please contact the artist you would like to book with directly, or reach out via our contact form if you would like us to choose an artist for you.

Q: Do you do custom designs?

A: Yes we do! We have plenty of available flash designs to look through designed by us, but we are also happy to make a design just for you based on your ideas.

Q: What is your cancelation and rescheduling policy?

A: All appointments require a minimum pre-payment of $50. This pre-payment is non-refundable. To reschedule your appointment, please notify your artist prior to 5 days until your appointment date, the earlier the better. We understand that emergencies come up and we try to be flexible; please negotiate with your artist directly if rescheduling is a must.

Q: Are you looking for apprentices, or hiring for any positions?

A: We are not looking for apprentices, or to hire counter staff at this time. Experienced artists are always welcome to contact us with their portfolios to discuss potential booth availability.
